Requirements

Associate's Degree Graduate from program in Occupational Therapy Assistant. rr equivalent education/experience
Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License
Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit
Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
