Position Summary •Responsible for implementing occupational therapy plan of care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. Requirements
- Associate’s degree-Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant License (or letter from the state showing license pending and this job code would be 3545)
- BLS
- Technical Experience: N/A
Responsibilities
- Implements Plan of Care
- Measures and communicates progress towards goals
- Documentation is accurate, complete and timely
- Provides supervision to rehab techs and students
- Provide weekend and holiday coverage per department guidelines
