About The Position

We are looking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) who desire more freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment in their careers. InHome Therapy prioritizes its therapists and offers home health COTA jobs with flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume. We are currently hiring full-time home health Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) in and around Naperville, treating the adult and geriatric population. This role offers a consistent caseload through our agency partner network, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and tools to reduce windshield time. A tablet, data plan, and supplies are provided, along with paid training and ongoing mentorship. Therapists receive therapy-first clinical and administrative support, with opportunities for growth, leadership, and career advancement.

Requirements

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
