About The Position
EdTheory is hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for school-based work in California for the remainder of the current school year and is interviewing for the 2026–2027 school year. The role supports students in developing independence, confidence, and essential life skills. New graduates are welcome. Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Active California COTA license or eligibility.
