Requirements

Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
Current State Licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required
BLS/CPR Certification required

Nice To Haves

1 year of direct patient care experience in a rehabilitation hospital is preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Deliver rehabilitative care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, supporting patient progress, independence, and high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.
Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and goal achievement.
Provide therapy services, monitor progress, and document outcomes.
Collaborate with patients and care teams to deliver age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care.
Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and follow safety protocols.
