This role is for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) within an in-house, family-owned therapy organization, distinct from contract therapy companies. The focus is on delivering meaningful, patient-centered care. The therapy teams are clinician-led and clinician-supported, prioritizing patient needs over a contract company's bottom line. This model protects therapy time, respects clinical judgment, and offers mentorship. Care decisions are guided by outcomes and patient needs. Requirements

• Active COTA license in good standing

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services under OT supervision
• Assist with evaluations, treatment planning, and patient progression
• Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on function and safety
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
