About The Position
Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide occupational therapy care in Rosemead, California. The position is based at San Gabriel Convalescent Hospital, with opportunities across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. Requirements

Responsibilities

- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
