About The Position

We are currently hiring full-time home health Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) in and around Highland Park treating the adult and geriatric population. This role offers flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume, and a supportive environment where therapists are put first. You will provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT, visit patients in their homes to help them regain independence, and complete timely documentation. We provide a tablet, data plan, supplies, paid training, and ongoing mentorship.

Requirements

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
