About The Position
Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Villa Crest Nursing Center. This full-time position involves helping residents practice daily activities to manage more independently, providing hands-on treatment under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist's plan of care.
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire COTA license
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Work with residents on dressing, grooming, coordination, and other functional tasks
- Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising OT
- Help residents use adaptive strategies during therapy sessions
- Observe progress and communicate changes to the OT and care team
- Document treatment and resident responses
