Requirements
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the State of Nebraska
- Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High personal integrity and professionalism
- Positive attitude and compassionate approach to serving others
Nice To Haves
- Experience or specialization in dementia care is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work closely with residents, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized therapy services that promote mobility, function, and overall well-being.
- Play an important role in helping individuals reach their highest level of independence while supporting a positive and caring environment.
