Requirements
- Current California COTA license in good standing
- Passion for geriatric care and a strong commitment to hands-on clinical growth
Nice To Haves
- On-site access to E-stim, Ultrasound, and Diathermy, with opportunities for PAM Certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and OT direction
- Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes in compliance with state and board requirements
- Collaborate with nursing staff to train Restorative Aides and support ongoing patient mobility
- Communicate patient progress and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning
- Maintain a clean, organized, and positive treatment environment
