Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy Assistants or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months
- Hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
- Currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
