Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current NC OTA License (or eligible to obtain)
New grads and experienced COTAs welcome!
Strong communication and time management skills

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, self-care skills, and functional independence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
Document patient progress using EMR systems
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
