About The Position

National Church Residences Home Health division located in Southern Ohio is a Home Health & Hospice agency with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area! We are seeking a HH COTA who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors! Coverage Area: Ross, Fayette, Highland, Pickaway counties.

Requirements

Associate Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy from an approved curriculum.
Current license for occupational therapy assisting in the state in which practicing.

Nice To Haves

Two to four years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in a home health setting.
Work within a coverage area including Ross, Fayette, Highland, and Pickaway counties.
