About The Position

That means more support, better tools, and a schedule that actually works for you. We're currently hiring home health COTAs in and around Rockford treating the adult and geriatric population.
Requirements
- Active COTA license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Provide home care therapy under the supervision of an OT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
