About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). This role offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through one-on-one care in patients' homes. The position is PRN, with opportunities for growth and additional earning potential. Coverage is within Orange County, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The role utilizes AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to streamline documentation, allowing for more time with patients.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida COTA license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- CPR certification

- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
