Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Hold a valid or pending state license (New grads welcome!)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is great—but not required!

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Help patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence in everyday tasks
  • Maintain productivity standards and ensure accurate documentation
  • Be an integral part of a compassionate interdisciplinary team
  • Build meaningful connections with residents and their families
