This position involves performing routine occupational therapy treatment procedures on patients or clients under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR). The role requires assisting in the preparation of treatment modalities, developing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and instructing patients on the use of adaptive devices. The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will also be responsible for maintaining treatment records and ensuring safety precautions are followed.
