We’re looking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and making a meaningful difference every day.

Requirements

  • Current or eligible Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice
  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program

Responsibilities

  • Help optimize functional self-care, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population
  • Responsible for the treatment of residents with noted disorders or deficits within Occupational Therapy scope of practice
  • Optimize the functionality and skills of patients
  • Collaborate with supervising OTR developing programs appropriate to the needs of facility residents while fulfilling COTA/OTR co-signature and supervision requirements
  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
  • Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner
  • Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education
  • Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines
  • Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care
  • Support compliance with all state and federal regulations
