About The Position
Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at The Chapel Hill Community in Canal Fulton, OH has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available. Rehab Services provided by Symbria will commence September 1, 2026. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
- Maintain productivity standards.
- Complete required documentation.
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
