This role is for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) working in an in-house therapy setting at Elms Retirement Village in Wellington, OH. Unlike contract therapy models, this position is part of a clinician-led and clinician-supported in-house therapy organization where the focus is on patient-centered care. Requirements

• Active COTA license in good standing

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services under OT supervision
• Assist with evaluations, treatment planning, and patient progression
• Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on function and safety
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
