About The Position

As a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), you will carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, focusing on improving patients’ ability to perform daily tasks. You will assist patients with therapeutic activities, including exercises, cognitive training, and use of adaptive equipment. You will also monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising Occupational Therapist for plan adjustments, while fostering a supportive and engaging environment to encourage patients' participation in therapy.

Requirements

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
Ability to carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist
Ability to assist patients with therapeutic activities
Ability to monitor patient progress and provide feedback
Ability to foster a supportive and engaging environment

Responsibilities

Carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, focusing on improving patients’ ability to perform daily tasks.
