About The Position

Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) needed for home health in Longmont, CO & Frederick, CO. This role offers full-time or part-time employment, with full-time defined as 20 visits per week. A full caseload of babies and pediatric patients is available. The compensation is $54-$62 per visit. Requirements

  • Active Colorado Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping children reach their full potential through home-based care

Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help children reach important developmental milestones and achieve independence in daily routines.
  • Implement treatment plans that focus on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, play, self-care, and school readiness.
  • Engage children in meaningful, play-based activities to help them build confidence and functional skills.
  • Support families with practical strategies they can use every day.
