About The Position
Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, coordination, and cognitive skills. Conduct home safety assessments and recommend adaptive equipment. Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety practices. Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
- NBCOT certification (if required by state)
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience
- Experience with patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Knowledge of Medicare and insurance documentation requirements
