About The Position
Functional Pathways is seeking a Part-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L) to join their team at Falcons Landing, a premier Life Plan Community in Sterling, VA. This role is part of a CARF-accredited facility that has been recognized for its quality. Falcons Landing provides state-of-the-art rehabilitation facilities, a collaborative interdisciplinary team, and serves a dedicated population, including former members of the armed forces, US government employees, and their spouses. They have 30 years of experience providing clinical services and utilize evidence-based programs across the continuum of care, addressing various patient needs with innovative treatments. Therapists receive training and certification in specialty programs and have access to company-paid CEUs through MedBridge for professional growth.
Requirements
- Must have an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations.
- Active state license required.

- Implement the plan of care as established by the OTR/L and the physician in a professional, competent manner, upholding excellence with quality of care.
