Requirements
- Associate’s degree; Graduate of a Program in Discipline Required
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required

- Rehab or acute care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Support patients in achieving their highest level of independence and function.
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Contribute to a patient-centered environment focused on quality outcomes and exceptional care.
