About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Southgate in Carneys Point, New Jersey. This full-time position provides an opportunity to help residents build independence, improve functional abilities, and make meaningful progress through personalized therapy services. The assistant carries out individualized treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist and collaborates with the supervising OT and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Current New Jersey COTA license.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Commitment to providing quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities
- Carry out individualized treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Assist residents in strengthening skills needed for everyday activities.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Maintain timely treatment records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
