About The Position
Functional Pathways is currently hiring at our Three Crowns Park location in Evanston, IL for a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Consistent PRN preferred Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4-hour shifts preferred. Requirements
- Must have an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations.
- Active state license required.
