Diablo Valley Post Acute is seeking new Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) to join their in-house therapy team. The role involves working alongside experienced therapists, utilizing advanced ACP equipment, and gaining valuable experience in a supportive post-acute setting. Requirements
- California COTA License (or license pending)
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and patient-centered care
- Strong communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship, resources, and clinical guidance to new COTAs.
- Work alongside experienced therapists.
- Utilize advanced ACP equipment and treatment tools.
