About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on helping residents improve daily function, independence, and overall quality of life.
Requirements
- Active COTA license required

- SNF experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Provide ADL training, functional activities, and adaptive techniques
- Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the OT
- Educate residents and families on therapy goals and strategies
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
