Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist
  • Assist patients in developing or regaining physical or mental functioning
  • Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic activities and exercises
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and reports
