Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist
Assist patients in developing or regaining physical or mental functioning
Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic activities and exercises
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and reports
