About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. Join a team focused on helping residents improve independence and daily function.
Requirements
- Active COTA license (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, and grooming
- Lead therapeutic exercises to improve strength, coordination, and mobility
- Observe and document resident progress and report updates to the OT
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment space and prepare equipment
