About The Position
LTC Therapy Services is seeking a COTA at Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation. You'll work directly with residents during short-term rehabilitation and longer-term skilled nursing care, helping them practice daily tasks with greater confidence.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts COTA license
- Clear communication and accurate documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Deliver treatment under the supervising Occupational Therapist's plan of care
- Practice dressing, grooming, and other self-care activities with residents
- Reinforce adaptive techniques and equipment use outlined in treatment plans
- Share observations about residents' abilities and progress with the OT
- Record treatment sessions and coordinate with nursing and fellow therapists
