About The Position
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time, school-based Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide occupational therapy services to children. The role focuses on helping students succeed in school and beyond by delivering high-quality services based on their IEPs/504 plans. The COTA identifies students’ strengths and areas of concern in fine motor skills, handwriting, and other areas. PDS provides therapist support through a tailored mentorship program, competitive compensation, and benefits.
Requirements
- State license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L).
- Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans.
- Help children improve their lives and succeed in the school setting and beyond.
- Determine students’ strengths and areas of concern in fine motor skills, handwriting, and other areas.
