About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Part-time (3 days a week) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Somerville, MA. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high‑quality therapy services to students, supporting their functional, academic, and social development.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Massachusetts COTA license.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans designed by supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
- Assist in adapting classroom activities and environments to meet student needs.
