Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
  • Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required.
  • Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
