About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehab team. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve functional independence and quality of life through personalized therapy care.
Requirements
- Active COTA license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with daily living activities, mobility tasks, strengthening exercises, and adaptive techniques
- Encourage participation and support residents throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Monitor treatment response and communicate progress updates to the rehab team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
