About The Position

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) position working Monday through Friday, 8:00a–4:30p, approximately 30 hours per week with weekend rotation required. Role is based in a skilled nursing facility providing short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite services. The facility supports patients recovering from illness or injury and emphasizes quality care and interdisciplinary collaboration within a post-acute setting.

Requirements

• Active COTA license required in the state of practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and carry out established treatment plans required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills necessary.
• All credentials must be active and in good standing at time of hire.
