About The Position

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position working 8-hour day shifts (8:00am–4:30pm), 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday with no weekend rotation required. This opportunity is within a 126-bed facility providing rehabilitative and long-term care services. This is a long-term opportunity (up to 366 weeks), supporting patients in improving functional independence and overall quality of life.

Requirements

• Active COTA license required
• BLS certification required per facility standards
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills
• Ability to implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Nice To Haves

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings preferred
