About The Position

Mariposa Therapy Services is a multidisciplinary, clinician-led pediatric therapy organization serving schools across the Greater Phoenix region. We are actively interviewing for a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support school-based services in the Phoenix Area for the 2026–2027 school year. Requirements

Arizona Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
COTA License (Arizona Board of OT Examiners)
CPR/First Aid
AHCCCS and NPI number

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement therapy plans developed by supervising OT to address student goals
Use creative and engaging therapy strategies to support student participation and progress
Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection using a web-based system
Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapist, teachers, families, and other school staff to support student success.
Participate in team meetings and assist with therapy materials and activities as directed
Demonstrate positive rapport with students, families, and school teams
Follow district and state guidelines for therapy services and documentation
