About The Position
Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. Requirements
- Current California COTA license

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
- Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
