About The Position
Right at Home is expanding its Supplemental Staffing Team and is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional care in assisted living communities and skilled nursing facilities throughout the Sioux Falls area. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work with a supportive team.
Requirements
- Current South Dakota CNA certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation and willing to travel up to 60 miles
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including assisting with resident transfers and mobility
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, resident-centered care in assisted living and skilled nursing settings.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition.
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with facility staff.
- Represent Right at Home with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
