Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
- Support mobility and transfers
- Record vital signs and monitor intake/output
- Assist during mealtimes
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
