NurSelect is looking for CNAs to provide residents and patients with a high quality of nursing care for NurSelect partner facilities. The CNAs will adhere to specific procedures and programs per the facility's request, as well as coordinating work within the department, and other departments in the organization. The CNAs will report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor, respond to inquiries or requests for information, and assist the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations. The CNAs are responsible for providing routine daily care to assigned residents including but not limited to personal hygiene care, meals and nutrition, safe transfers and assisting with maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

Requirements

Must possess an active Pennsylvania CNA certification
Minimum 6 months Skilled-Nursing/Long-Term Care or related experience
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
Motivated, hard-working, and caring attitude
Resident-centric mind-set

Responsibilities

Provide residents and patients with a high quality of nursing care for NurSelect partner facilities.
Adhere to specific procedures and programs per the facility's request.
Coordinate work within the department, and other departments in the organization.
Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor.
Respond to inquiries or requests for information.
