About The Position
Nurturing Nurses HomeCare is seeking compassionate, reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in Gastonia. We provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Professional references
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with dementia care is a plus
- Ability to assist with lifting and mobility support
- Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
- Home care certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including mobility and personal care
- Monitor and document vital signs and client condition
- Provide support for clients with dementia or special needs
- Prepare nutritious meals and maintain a clean, safe home environment
- Encourage engagement and companionship through meaningful activities
