About The Position
Join Pilgrim Place, a welcoming senior living community in Claremont, CA, where respect, kindness, and teamwork guide all that we do. We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) AM Shift to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
Requirements
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Current First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- A compassionate, team-oriented approach to resident care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in geriatric or senior living settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Promote teamwork and a positive, caring atmosphere.
