About The Position

This role is for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Windsor Estates of St. Charles, a Tutera Senior Living & Health Care facility. The position is full-time with a day shift schedule and includes a $1,500.00 sign-on bonus. The CNA will be responsible for assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities, and routine tasks, adhering to accepted standards, regulations, and licensing requirements. The role involves providing basic nursing care and performing basic nursing procedures under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Requirements

• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivering and assisting residents with daily needs
• Assisting with personal care needs
• Preparation for activity and social programs
• Performing routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements
• Providing basic nursing care to residents within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities
• Performing basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor
