About The Position

Crestwood Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) with 126 beds, providing patient care to the mentally ill/behavior population (ages 21 and up). We have a 4-star quality measure, consistently high patient satisfaction and feedback. Our Activity department hosts unique events in partnership with many community groups. We have a close-knit team and encourage participation in events like our ugly Christmas sweater contest. This is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) where residents do NOT require skilled care; residents are more independent. This is a slower-paced center where you get to know your patients, with less lifting and fewer physical demands. You will have the chance to assist and attend activity outings with residents, help residents with tasks like choosing clothing or setting appointments, and provide compassionate care monitoring to this unique population.
Requirements
- CNA certification in IL
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or required to submit an exemption.

- Prior experience or desire to work with behavioral population would be helpful
Responsibilities
