About The Position
East Bay Post Acute is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team in a Full-Time role. Requirements
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced post-acute setting
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitoring residents and reporting any changes in condition to the nursing team
- Taking and documenting vital signs accurately
- Assisting with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using proper safety techniques
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Providing compassionate emotional support and building positive relationships with residents and families
- Assisting licensed nursing staff with resident care and documentation as needed
- Following all facility policies and infection control procedures
