About The Position

Sangre de Cristo Community Care is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their hospice team in their inpatient unit. As a CNA in the inpatient unit, the individual will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, ensuring a comfortable, respectful, and supportive environment for patients. This position is ideal for a compassionate individual who finds fulfillment in end-of-life care.

Requirements

  • Must have a current and clear CNA license in the state of Colorado
  • At least 1 year experience as a CNA
  • Must have a clear and valid Colorado Drivers License
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Ability to comply with annual influenza vaccination policy

Nice To Haves

  • Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
